Tony and Beverly Nolan are a passionate Kangaroo Island couple with a desire for sustainable food farming and production. Their philosophy is simple food, straight from the source, with a taste of the country that will reconnect you with the land and agriculture. Latitude 36 business was established in 1999, Tony (Chef) and Bev made their first hero product of Honey & Mustard Dressing and bottled it for sale for the local tourist market on KI.
Over the years they have increased their range of dressings, marinades, sauces, chutneys, jams and infused honey products. Latitude 36 also produces a range of nourishing honey, wax and propolis skin care products. All products are available at Bev’s family’s farm gate store on Kangaroo Island, at Clifford’s Honey Farm.
